Warranty

Soocas warrants products purchased directly through the Soocas Australia website (https://soocas.au/) against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 24 months from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective during the warranty period, Soocas will, at its discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product in accordance with this Warranty Policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

This manufacturer warranty is provided in addition to other rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law.

Products purchased through third-party retailers, marketplaces, or resellers are not covered by the after-sales service provided by Soocas Australia. If you purchased your product from another seller or platform, please contact the original seller directly for warranty support and after-sales service.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Warranty Coverage

This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal personal use.

Warranties on replacement products follow the remaining warranty period of the original item or 3 months from the date of replacement, whichever is longer.

Warranty Claim Process

To make a warranty claim, you may be required to provide:

  • Sufficient proof of purchase
  • The product model number and/or serial number
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the defect
  • Additional information reasonably requested by Soocas for assessment purposes

In some cases, the product may need to be returned for inspection before a warranty claim can be approved.

If a requested defective item is not returned within the timeframe specified by Soocas, or if an incorrect item is returned, Soocas reserves the right to deny warranty service.

Valid Proof of Purchase

Accepted proof of purchase includes:

  • Order number from purchases made through the Soocas Australia website (https://soocas.au/)
  • Sales invoice or receipt

In some circumstances, additional documentation may be required to process a warranty claim.

Shipping Costs

In some situations, customers may be responsible for shipping costs, including:

  • Returning products from outside Australia
  • Returning items found to be free from manufacturing defects
  • Unauthorized returns made outside the approved warranty process

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, Soocas will cover reasonable shipping costs for valid warranty claims.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not apply to:

  • Products without sufficient proof of purchase
  • Products with removed, altered, or illegible serial numbers
  • Lost or stolen products
  • Products outside the warranty period
  • Non-quality-related issues
  • Free promotional products
  • Repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorized third parties
  • Damage caused by external factors including accidents, misuse, improper storage, abnormal voltage, fire, natural disasters, transportation damage, or animal damage
  • Damage caused by improper use, including drops, water damage, exposure to extreme temperatures, or use outside the intended purpose
  • Normal wear and tear, including consumable parts and accessories such as toothbrush heads
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers

To the extent permitted by Australian law, Soocas is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the product.
